To be honest, I don’t really support “festive” dressing. When you do, you end up with cardigans covered in candycanes and reindeers and enough red to paint Christina Aguilera’s lips for the next 15 years. That said, it’s nice to put on your sparkly best for the holidays. I suggest this little Christmas ball-esque dress from Anthropolgie (www.anthropologie.com). The cut-out back is unexpected and the A-line shape will let you have the extra glass of full-fat eggnog. Go far added drama with long gloves, but keep it from looking so heavy with sheer tights with a back seam. Finish it off with a great shoe from TopShop (www.topshop.com) and a sparkly vintage bag.

You put together such great outfits everytime, how do you do it?
you see, the problem here is that, well, these dresses dont exist unless you spend $300+ .. and frankly, that is a problem for me
i think i love you
