At last nights Volkswagen’s Concept SUV Tiguen US Premiere, the stars donned their fashionable best. Besides the terrifying accruement known as Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie seems to be doing fairly well, fashion-wise, sans Rachel Zoe. Her delicately beaded blouse and loose-fitting pants look so fresh and are such a nice change from the short dress of late. Dita Von Teese almost hits perfection in this all-black ensemble. Only she can execute a beret, elbow-length gloves, red lips, and those “Come get me!” shoes with such ease. Finally, my lovely Zooey Deschanel opts for a questionable pufffball dress, complete with bow and cropped jacket. The look is better without the jacket, though I’ve seen Zooey do it better.
Though, it all makes sense. If you’re going to have a nice car, you need to have the matching fashion. After all, you want people to think you bought it, not stole it. Or in K-Fed’s case, swindled it out from his knocked up sugar momma…
