It’s always exciting to wake up to a slew of great non-American magazines. Here we have a rough preview of the Vogue PARIS February 2007 issue, featuring Victoria Secret model Doutzen Kroes & French actor Gaspard Ulliel. You’ll be hearing a lot more of this boy. He’s playing the new Hannibal Lector in Peter Webber’s Young Hannibal . As for Doutzen Kroes, I’m not a huge fan of model choice for this particular, forward-looking dress. Overall, great cover. Can’t wait for the eds.
And here are the new issues of Numero magazine. The one to the left, even with the horrendous D & G dress, is magnificent. The use of colour, shape, human anatomy…great! The one to the right is the Numero Homme Spring/Summer 2007 issue. Bleh.

I see Doutzen as more of a Victoria Secret/Maxim kind of model. But I guess high fashion needs at least one or two conventionally pretty models. That Numero cover with the silver bodice MUST go up on my wall!!
