What to Wear Now: Summer Day 2007

Another dreary, rain-filled day here in Toronto. As such, I thought I would do a What to Wear Now for the ideal summer outfit. The inspiration came from these patchwork shorts from Urban Outfitters (www.urbanoutfitters.com) that recalled the sportiness of Dries’ spring show. Pair them with a big shirt dress (www.topshop.com) and some lethal, strappy – although not bare – platforms (www.zappos.com). For accessories, splurge on a tobacco coloured Mulberry bag (www.muilberry.com) and a one-of-a-kind ‘banana’ piece from NY artist Shary Wolf(www.sharynwolf.com).
