Reports say that both Armani and Dolce & Gabbana have banned New York Times fashion editor Cathy Horyn (left) from future shows. Of her criticisms, Armani has said, “What she published was bullshit.” Screw the War on Terror – recent history looks to gearing up as the War on Opinion.

Retail chain ASOS (www.asos.com) has commissioned ex-Sex and the City stylist Patricia Field (right) to design “a range for over-25s”. Madonna’s line for H &M was decidedly less-pubescent that much of the retail chain’s offerings, possibly suggesting that the cheap ‘n chic target may be broader than you might surmise.
