It was announced today that Roberto Cavalli will be the next designer for H&M. Surprising, really. Aren’t H&M finance execs still licking their wounds from the heaps of unwanted Madonna tracksuits?
Gwen Stefani has announced that she will have a full-scale runway show for L.A.M.B. at Bryant Park on the first day of New York Fashion Week, which is September 5. Eve recently announced the return of her Fetish line. Perhaps it’s a Let Me Blow Ya Mind fashion reunion? Or maybe, just maybe, now’s the time to see if those Rasta-hued, colour-blocked leather tracksuits will win over critics? I’m sure it’s the latter.
It’s amazing how poorly the Madonna collection did. so much of it is on sale and I see those $350 sequined dresses did really well.
God, I don’t know if I want to see women walking around in low cost cavalli. And is this collection going to be more high end cavalli or more like just cavalli.
