Of all the spring 2008 shows so far, this has reigned at the top of my ‘Heavy Rotation’ list. Last season, relative newbie Saunders offered one of the strongest cases for ombre next to the the fashion deity known as Miuccia. This season, pastel-dominated colour blocking and multi-layered skirts induce vigor like freshly-cut grass. Watch and sense.

I love how he is able to take rather stiff and minimal forms but soften them to a point that any women could wear them without worrying about appearing harsh.
