Although the fashion world has seen its share of “via Chanel fresh mind-bending” collections, (Marc Jacobs) this band of ladies were invigorating and fantastically feminine. Luella’s spring collection introduced tiered high waist bell skirts, lovely lace and tulle gloves, pill-boxes, large satin bows, veils and intricate pearl handbags all with a signature subverted angle. Sick nauseating pinks, oranges and purple colors with mixed up patch worked tweeds worked well to dilate pupils and manifest her (blurred) vision. Luella invites you to enter the rabbit hole with comfort this time, and enjoy the tumble.
