I turn to Chanel to bring a twist on classic elegance. The Spring 2009 haute couture showings are nothing short of magnificent with elaborate white floral headdresses and inspired, classic tailoring. I’m absolutely smitten with the contrast of light and angelic tones against strong, sharp design (apparent in the images that I’ve chosen for this post). Returning to the two-pieced functional outfits, Chanel has showcased a range of feminine yet edgy designs for this round of haute couture. Worth a look or two.
