Right! Because that’s what we’re all prancing around in? I don’t support this idea of label centric outfits and really how original is pairing these jeans with a razor backed, worn out alanxder wang-ish tee?
Why are we all regurgitating the regurgitated idea of Wang’s designs? (In my heart of hearts I don’t really mean this. I’m a wang robot, viva 90’s grunge)
Sorry I’m a sore sport, but Gladiators and aviators? Was this answer submitted by my trend obsessed 15 year old sister?

Welll I can’t quite say I feel quite as strongly as the last commenter, but I did think when I saw this that it was the kind of thing Adrian would not have liked. The Chanel logo necklace put it over the edge for me. But I promise I’m not bitter! I found my own pair of distressed boyfriend jeans (American Eagle – go figure – though they needed my help in distressing them a little further) and I plan on wearing them tomorrow, cuffed, with flat lace-ups. It will be great.

I can respect the backlash and it’s understandable – it might have been the outfit that I chose to post in this announcement – it completely embraces the more casual look. However, if you take a look at the other suggestions that were included in the entry I think these are deserving of a nod or two.

I appreciate the feedback though, I’ll take it all in stride, and as a cue to up the nature of the content.

I just expected because fashion verbatim’s content is go clever that you would choose an answer that was a tad more witty
