Gareth Pugh’s space-age geometry speeds up my heart rate; ever since his first women’s collection he has been on a short-list of designers who will line my wardrobe if and when I graduate to the Pugh/Wang/Balmain income bracket.
Gareth for MEN (Below)? So hot, it’s almost not fair. The whole F/W 2009 lineup is very Theo Adams, and in my opinion THIS is where Dior Homme should’ve gone after Hedi Slimane’s departure.

I know that “wearability” is not the first word that comes to mind when you look at this collection, but I could actually see a lot of the pieces mixed and matched for street wear. Even the metallic-spangled pants could work on the right fellow, though the furry shirt might be a tougher sell…
Do you think Pugh’s menswear translates to the street? Would you wear pieces of it? I want male opinions…I know you’re out there, boys!
