With a combination of an Oscar winning actress in Marion Cotillard and Christian Dior‘s flare for dramatics, it’s no surprise that the latest installment of the Lady Dior series of ad campaign imagery is absolutely stunning. Titled Lady Blue, this is the third image in a four chapter series. Photographed by Steven Klein on a roof top in Shanghai, China; the dramatic poses and the city’s sculptural buildings in backdrop makes for quite a mysterious photo. I wonder what will happen next. We do have one other question though… What’s with Marion’s I-just-took-out-the-hair-rollers-look?
The final puzzle to the Lady Dior series will be in the former of a 12 minute film directed by David Lynch, which was also shot in Shanghai last year. It is set to debut on Ladydior.com on May 15.
