You’ve got to hand it to Vivienne Westwood, the Dame sure know how to make a woman’s body sing in her dresses. This stunning metallic gold number is no exception. So much so that Thandie Newton wore it a few months back while Eva Mendes wore it to Comic Con last month. Both look ravishing, the colour looks amazing on both woman but I am slightly leaning towards Eva’s less-is-more-but-how’s-this-for-a-pose look. The bare neck with her hair swept up off my shoulders shows a woman empowered by the dress. Meanwhile Thandie looks amazing too, but the dark strappy sandals, thin choker and hair down anchor the look down… something I’m not in love with, but don’t entirely hate.
